<back Making of okara & soy milk.
Soak soya beans
e.g. during the night (they become bigger), pour out water,
disintegrate with e.g. a meat mincer, pour water (not too much - it may
rise like milk during
boiling), often mix during boiling, boil 1 minute from the boiling
point. Okara will assamble
on the bottom. Strain out okara, add spices & some oil to okara.
Okara can be frozen.
