<back Bean Spread
-500 g of white bean,
-400 g of pickled cucumbers,
-6 cloves of garlic,
-some rapeseed oil,
-black pepper.
Soak
bean
e.g. during the night. Boil (I boil
my bean about 60 minutes from the boiling point), disintegrate with a
meat mincer with garlic & pickled cucumbers. Add pepper & oil.
Mix. This spread can be
frozen.
